1 Box of any Decadent or Fudgy Brownie Mix,
Texas Brew Honey Roasted Chipotle Salsa, Mild, Medium or Hot, pureed (I usually use medium)
1/2 to 3/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder (I use 3/4 tsp.)
2 tsps. espresso powder of finely ground espresso coffee
Add espresso powder and 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of Chipotle Chili Powder to your dry mix depending on desired spiciness. The salsa makes the brownies smoky and the chipotle chili powder gives a little kick. Serve hot with ice-cream and your favorite toppings for a little bit of fire and ice.
Make brownies according to rest of instructions substituting water with pureed Texas Brew Salsa + 1 Tbsp.
You may also bake in miniature Bundt cake pans making sure to keep the center open. Do not bake no more than 15 minutes or brownies will be too hard. Remove from oven and fill center with a little hot fudge, chocolate icing, or your favorite pie filling such as cherry or raspberry. Top with ice cream, cool whip, a drizzle of hot fudge or chocolate syrup and top it off with a cherry. You may also use this recipe to make brownie cookies as well. Sure to impress your friends.
